Return & Refund Policy

At Flavour Agency (www.flavour-agency.com), we take great pride in the quality of our food products. Because our products are perishable and safety is our top priority, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure a transparent shopping experience for our customers.

1. Perishable Goods Policy (No Returns)

Due to the perishable nature of food products and strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns on any food items once they have left our facility. This policy helps us ensure that all products sold to our customers are safe, unadulterated, and kept under strict quality control.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you received the incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

Timeframe: You must contact us within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

Requirements: Please email us at flavouragencycatering@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photograph of the incorrect item.

Resolution: Upon review and verification, we will happily arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved due to incorrect products:

The refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was entirely on our part.

4. Order Cancellations

Because we strive to ship our fresh food products as quickly as possible, orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at flavouragencycatering@gmail.com.
